Lungs in Action a winner for health professionals in Milton Keynes, UK

Although originally developed for the Australian market, the Lungs in Action online only theoretical component is available to exercise and health professionals across the world. Recently Lung Foundation Australia obtained some great feedback from Gill Robinson, Exercise professional & Manger of the Milton Keynes Community Cardiac Group in the United Kingdom. Gill, in addition to her colleagues an occupational therapist, and physiotherapist recently completed the Lungs in Action Online Theory course and have found it extremely beneficial in filling in gaps in their knowledge, and making them feel more confident in dealing with the COPD client group, in addition to heart failure patients. Lung Foundation Australia greatly appreciates the kind words, and is thrilled that the training played a significant part in helping a team in the UK deliver a more competent and confident team and program for their community members who are suffering from a chronic lung conditions.
